A few months ago we discussed the possibility of an on-line Self-Help Service.

This is now in place and you can access it via the Vodacom sites or directly at: http://help.vodacom.co.za.

The reasoning trees can be quite complex and, as with these systems, it will be continuously updated, so any feedback / suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks V3g - looks great - lets hope I don't need to use it though. At the moment everything is working just great (dare I say that or am I tempting fate?).

Something which I don't see on this facility is possibly obvious to the more experienced data bundle users e.g.

- where to buy data bundles (e.g. Pick & Pay?)
- does a data bundle also constitute a 16-digit PIN to load onto a phone?
- how to load data bundles onto data cards and phones
- confirm whether only one bundle can be loaded onto a SIM per month
- confirm whether data bundles can be used on prepaid and contract SIMs
- confirm that, on a prepaid card, that data costs will first be collected from the bundle's funds before lapsing back to out of bundle costs
etc. etc.
