Online accounting packages for medium size business

Hi All. I have been searching through online packages for days. There are great packages available except none seem to have one function we need.
I need a multi branch customer function - example Head office gets the statement, but the individual sites are subcategories of the Head office and get their own invoices. This shows as a breakdown on the statement of each branch. Package must be online not desktop. We have tried the top suggested online packages, looking for recommendations for the users' point of view. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

This seems like a specific requirement that you will likely need to manage yourself using scripting or something similar. Consider looking for accounting systems with some kind of scripting built in that you can use to do this.
