Absolutely key to the success of the sales process, you are the go-to person for new customers in Africa and the EU. You're involved at Pre-Sales stage where you gauge customers' online verification needs ; in the Sales process to assist the development team to prepare the Statement of Work to optimise customer requirements; and then Post-Sales with training and continued support. VIX Verify, with a partner Africa company, is ready for fast growth.
You sailed through your IT qualification and have spend some time (3 or more years) in a similar customer support role to date. By nature you are a problem-solver, strongly technical and yet able to communicate confidently and easily with customers at all levels. Rest assured, your singular skills will be appreciated.
Package on offer: R480 000 to R600 000 per annum.
