Online/over the phoneTelkom mobile Application - Not at all what they promise

Ok so ... here go's tomorrow will be a week since I applied for my telkom mobile contract. I was approved and they said 24 to 48 hours my first debit order will go through..... then they will send my phone to be delivered . . . Well did they maybe want to say 24 to 48days???? I phoned to ask what is taking so long and I was told there is a backlog and it will take a day longer ok so monday to sunday ... you had 5 business days ??? And feedback from Telkom Mobile LOL no such thing. If this is how the service will be I would rather get another service provider.
