Have to time the right special, though mostly I have seen only the slower (month) shipping free and a reduced charge on the fast shipping.

If it's DHL or express shipping it bypasses them and they cover duty charges

You will most likely have to pay VAT yeah. I did on the last item I bought at least, though that came via slow mail, will see on the latest DHL item I ordered, I'm expecting to pay VAT but if not then bonus
