Ugh, PayCity is pretty horrible.
Half of the fields show on the mobile app and half of it shows on the webpage. I had to use the mobile app as I couldn't get past the "processing" issue I mentioned earlier.

Then I had to switch back to the PC / website since I can only upload JPEGs for my ID and proof of address on my phone (and I only have PDFs).

Then I have to sign but I can't find an upload signature button, and I have signing with a mouse.
 
I've just been using FNB, it's convenient. I get a notification from the app 45 days before the disc expires, go in to the app and tap a few things and gets delivered to me.
 
FNB is most definitely not R199, when I checked to renew mine yesterday they wanted to hit me R813 and I'm over a month before it expires.

R199 is the admin charge, doesn't include the actual cost of the license. All the prices in the article are for the admin fee only, the license fee varies by vehicle...
