Open Ports for 3G on PIX Cisco Firewall

Hey all

How would one go by opening up the ports on PIX in order to be able to see the 3G at an offsite location... thing is when the 3G is connected they can see us and connect to us but we cannot see them as when we ping we get "Destination Host unreachable"

IS there a DMZ portion on the PIX? And can they see only your PIX or all the way through to your PIX? Might be that it is only you're ICMP portion that is disabled. If you want you can send the PIX config to me as well as the other network info (destination and source) and help you out.
