Good morning all

I’m on the verge of pulling my hair out and I already hardly have any. I’ve checked the websites of various ISP’s and enquired about fibre. All the sites show that fibre is live my area and that the actual installation will take from 3 to 6 weeks. I eventually applied for fibre in August. When I asked my ISP for feedback yesterday Open Serve apparently informed them that installation can only take place on the 15th of November because it is dependent on an infrastructure project. Is there anyone here that knows how to get in touch with OS? It really doesn’t make sense that websites show fibre availability when it’s actually not available. I can understand if one website has incorrect data but surely not all of them.

Regards

Johan

Where do you live? I've been waiting +- 4 weeks now and apparently they told my ISP that the "distribution point" still needs to be installed before i'll be connected.
