Signed up through MWEB and openserve says there is already a line activate at said address. The landlord has one. However we would like our own one. MWEB has escalated to openserve but wondering if anyone else has had this issue? And did openserve agree to run another?

Can you not just state a different house number - line the owner is 5 Street Street and then you are 5A STreet Street?

Yes it is possible, I know someone that has done it to their flat on the same property.

@Pariah

I stay on a property with 3 Openserve fibre lines.

No escalations needed just add a B or C letter to the address number which will automatically trigger a new install. If the poll/splitter has available strands then they will install.

When the Openserve contractor comes and install just show him/her where you want the line installed.
