I was hoping a ISP or someone who knows about this can shed some light. Most Openserve 4mb lines have been automatically upgraded to 10mb lines from the 1st of November. My friends that had 4mb lines are now on 10mb and have confirmed that they are still paying for the 4mb line speed (R605, Telkom atleast).Do they get the same FUP for the price of a 4mb?Do you think its fair to the customer already paying for 10mb prices to pay more than those who were upgraded for free?Whats your opinion on this matter?

They will get upgraded further, or their premiums will go down.
Happened years back when 1mb went to 2mb for free. Then lower than 1mb got bumped up to 1mb for free.

Hope we can put this back in the ark. The slowest a fibre connection should be is 20mb.
