You will get free installation if you sign up for a 24 month contract with most providers, and with a R500 budget, you're looking at a low capped account at 10mbps, or you might get lucky and find a 4mbps uncapped package for R500.

No other provider beats the quality and extremely high FUP of Telkom's 10mbps uncapped fibre package for its price. R799, but worth every Rand;

Afrihost offer cheaper deals on Openserve, but their FUP's are a lot lower than Telkom's.
