OpenServe - How do I escalate/find more information

Hi

I've had a pending fibre order (through Webafrica) for months now (literally, first placed in Nov 2016).

For a number of months my specific block (see pic) has been in pre-order whilst the surrounding blocks have been available.

This, in and of itself would be frustrating. But add to that, there has been a white fibre relay box near the lift of on the 4th floor (where I live) for months as well. Literally, as far as I can tell, all I need is the 10m connection from that box to my flat but still my block remains in pre-order for months on end.

Every time I contact WA they tell me that my block is still in pre-order and that they don't know anything more than that. I've spoken to both the building's Trustee and Managing Agent and they are unaware of any impediments. How do I contact/escalate to OpenServe? I don't mind if there's a technical problem preventing it from happening but all I want is some information!!!

Years ago when struggling with my DSL order I managed to find the direct number of the manager of my local switching station and that got it sorted ASAP. What's the equivalent with OpenServe?

I have the exact same issue, I pre-ordered way before different blocks in my area and we where the first to get the light pink on the map (Planned), yet most of the areas around me are getting 'lit' with fibre.
I have mailed so many people and areas and spoken to so many providers but simply cannot get any response from OpenServe with in regards to my area.


Hope you get some information and they sort it out for you!

I am in the same boat.. the distribution point is literally on my property. I have been trying since May. I've placed an order with Afrihost, WA & Vanilla. I'm back to ordering with Afrihost again for my 4th attempt. None of them can can actually get past this issue of my house not showing up properly.

Order with a different ISP, whoever sorts it out for you first gets your money.
