Openserve launches “Naked ADSL”

Openserve has launched a new product for its DSL-based broadband services called Openserve Pure Connect.

“This new product now allows customers to directly obtain the broadband service from their ISPs and will no longer be required to obtain a copper line from Telkom Retail,” Openserve said in a statement.

I didn't know they were still trying to get this finished. The lights are off and everyone has gone home. Did no one tell this team that ADSL is over?

But in seriousness this is good news for those underprivileged few who not getting fiber any time soon but who have access to this.
Indeed wonder if any isp is going launch a nice bundled deal, might go back to adsl lol

Though our exchange does not have backup battery power anymore.

You can get an uncapped combo from Axxess. R105 a month for 1Mbps :p
