Openserve map indicates I am covered, however ISPs says I am not

I have a problem getting fibre - on the openserve coverage map it indicates I can get 100mbit (although the coloring is still light pink), however the ISPs I have tried all says there is no coverage (Cool Ideas, MWeb, AfriHost, WebAfrica) -- Telkom allows me to complete the online application, but then on the call back some story about my current ADSL is with wholesale (ADSL through MWeb) and they cant complete the application unless the line is returned to them, even though I stated this is a new fibre line independent from the existing ADSL line.

Any body have any suggestions as to how to proceed ?

:crylaugh: but I want my fibre - its literaly been a year since the fibre was laid in the estate -- current exchange cant do more than 4mb ADSL

I had the same problem but this was even with the coverage map showing my area as purple, go to the openserve website and open a fibre query. I did at the time and they were pretty helpful even though it took a while for them to respond to the initial request.
