Hi Guys

I live in PE.

Openserve just finished our fibre install ( complex ) a few weeks ago and we are now able to place orders with ISP's. Because ISP's charge a bit more for packages on Openserve, I checked and see that Frogfoot has us down as "planned" on the map, and Cool Ideas offering is a lot better on their network - so much so that i placed a conditional order so long.

My question is - if I go Openserve/Cool Ideas now, and decide to move over to Frogfoot once they go live over here, what happens to the kit installed in my house ( ONT etc ) - is it removed or does it stay and can it be used by FF. My initial thoughts are that it gets removed?

Thanks for the advice

I had the same concern 2 years ago when we got Openserve fibre installed, my area was also in “planned” on frogfoot.... it’s still in “planned”.

I don’t think they would remove the ont as no point but I might be wrong
