Openserve / Telkom - can I just get the fibre and no data ?

What are their pricing for fibre lines only. Can someone post all the options for all the speeds. Cant seem to see this on their site

I have the 10mb line, it is R469. I assume that the other prices haven't changed: 20mb is R549, 40mb is R629 and 100mb is R729. All of the above include 10gb of data

Does anyone know if you are still able to just get the line from telkom without data?

Ofcourse you can get fibre without data from Telkom. It's been an option from the beginning.

Telkom only offer fibre bundle packages, line plus data.

You cannot just get a fibre line from Telkom / Openserve

You can get said fibre line from a third company like ISPafrika

I have a 100MB fibre from Telkom, no data. Data is from another ISP. I pay Telkom around R950 every month and the ISP what they need.

When you fill in the paper Telkom form for fibre there is the option to get it without data.

That’s not what the call centre/ in store staff told me. I wanted to move my line back to them about two weeks ago because we had a serious physical line issue and our third party line manager wasn’t doing anything about it. So when I enquired they said they don’t offer the line only excluding the data and that the line and data (cheapest option) would be R1599pm. So not sure if you were lucky or I received a double dose of incompetence
