Anyone old enough to remember what happened when everyone flocked to UUNET? That could turn into an even bigger overnight.

Lots of maybe's there - maybe telkom will introduce a free 8mb/s uncapped service next month - but hey, maybe not.

EDIT - I dont want to be seen as a nay-sayer but you might want to take a minute and remember what country we're in SA is only know for telecoms innovation when it comes to screwing the consumer - not the other way around.

What it said was Local Bandwidth usage shall not be subject to the cap. They can essentially charge an even more insane amount for local and still be in line with those crap vague inept ICASA regs.
