OpenWeb in contract dispute with former wholesale ADSL provider

Regarding the transition from its previous upstream provider back to Internet Solutions, Wright said they started manually moving clients in the beginning of April by issuing them with new usernames and passwords.

Should've been easy, considering they all use the same credentials anyway :p

Openweb should just give up.

But then I guess as long as you steal people's money and don't provide them with proper service, you are not losing much.

To unsubscribe from their spam you have to log in to their site first. Surely that's illegal? Does the law not state that unsubscribing from unsolicited mail should be a lot easier than this?
