Is this legal? My understanding is that it must be as effortless as possible to unsubscribe from unwanted marketing emails, but OpenWeb expects you to log in to their client portal before you can unsubscribe.
It would mean resetting a forgotten password in my case, so I just marked it as spam and blocked everything from the openweb.co.za domain. No big deal, but just curious if this is another case where they're operating outside of the bounds of the law.
