OpenWEB question

I'm interested in getting either a 30GB local account or perhaps the 2GB/30GB adsl account from OpenWeb. The problem is, I have a question.

If say I want to get either one of those for just this month and then not for next month, but then the month after that... will I be charged a reconnection fee?

7.4 OpenISP CC reserves the right to levy a re-connection charge, an amount determined and calculated at the discretion of OpenISP CC, payable by the User on invoice, for any request to be re-connected to the Service, and irrespective of how the Service was suspended or disconnected.

i order my bandwidth montly from them and only pay the prices advertised on the web site.
They never asked for reconection fee's or crap like that.
I pay them, send the proof via email, recieved account details via email, and surf!
No mess no fuss!!

Yes, but that's on an on-going basis. I'm just going to make an educated guess and say that they would charge me extra for getting another account in the 3rd month.

For an IS account, you also have to give 10 days notice to canel. SAIX is 30 days. I would like to see the local only as a one month stand type of thing as well.
