Hi guys, I should have actually done my due diligence first on Openweb which I normally do and now I see a lot of people saying stay away from Openweb. I am reseller for Openweb and month after month I have been making a loss from Openweb. Their policies and their support are atrocious. I've been picking up much of the slack for them with my clients and they cannot come to the table. Simple things like providing data balance takes weeks. Emails getting side-tracked and especially their 30 day cancellation policy which is now the last straw as they cancelled a clients SIM and have been continually debiting my business account for it. Luckily I was doing a management audit on the account and I picked it up. I have since questioned them and now all of a sudden my clients SIM have disappeared from the CPANEL. In addition, they are saying the emails are scattered and refusing to refund me the money. Has anyone started opened a case against Openweb? I see some on Hello Peter have approached their lawyers.

Not that I'm aware. It's the LTE SIM - so plug and play. I don't take the fibre lines as it way beyond market rate. In fact one customer didn't use the SIM at all and all of a sudden GBs were used in the month. So I'm wondering are they sharing accounts?

They have been sharing ADSL accounts for sure.

Just proved they were debiting my account for cancelled services. Invoices do not align to debit orders and cancellations. This is theft.
