Well... all you guys that use the internet will know that without the internet there is a change of going crazy.

Yesterday I odered a adsl account from openweb and FAXED my proof. They didnt send me an email. So today ... I tried to contact them. I think I allmost called 50 times and everytime there was just a dumb answering machine.

Our fax machine has been spooling messages without printing them for some reason.

I've just managed to download them to my terminal and I'll work through them shortly.

dude...you can't just say someone sux if you haven't used them before. FFS! Openweb kicks ass man. Service is top notch. So relax before you say someone sux if you don't know their situation. Bloody end users just pisses me off.
