Poor people should stop using being poor as an excuse. 6 babies at 6 daddies isn't because you are poor it is because you are stupid.

Mostly affects westernised countries , africa and asia are not slowing down at the same rate and indeed they wont because of less exposure to chems and other factors , it will not create a utopia but it will create more poverty as seen by the millions of "refugees" attempting to get into westernised countries.

It’s actually slowing down at same rates based on urbanization and woman’s rights being enforced in particular where women in the workforce happens.

ie if you take the rate of urbanization in countries in Africa vs where others were, you see the same if not worse “fertility” rates because the impact is compounded ie urbanization WITH women’s rights & working genial populous.

Of cause 1% of 200million is not the same as 1% of 5.6B? Billion (Africa/1.2B+ Asia/4.4B)

I was browsing through YouTube and found a fascinating video on Japan and how it ended up where it is.. and to say the least it was fascinating.

Why? Because Japan is where it is because of US and EU intervention.. basically post world war they decided that the beat way to prevent another war would be help reconstruct and turn Japan into a successful, industrial country.

Ie they were the Chinese of their era and where are we now. My point is this, besides women suffrage, rapid urbanization and prosperity to “western norms” is the only proven way birth rates normalize and it’s a funny as hell.. ie if you a racist, you have to wish them prosperity in their own country to lessen population growth

If you read feminist websites (I've unfortunately come across links to some of these articles), a lot of the articles are like, "Oh I'm ready for you now Mr Nice Guy, at the age of 35", or "I'm so over bad boys, all I want is a nice guy to take care of me now that I've hit 40".

Very very common types of articles, I can dig up a few if you are really curious.

I guess you could see it that way. But you could also see it as bad for our way of life, our point of view. Future generations of people who live in what are now Western countries probably won't speak English or identify with our Western point of view.

I have no kids. It is not fertility it is choice and most of the woman I know with no kids did the same. Maybe one had an fertility issue.

Exponential population growth is terrifying.
When I was born there were 4.5Billion people on the planet versus the 7.5Billion now.
People around our age literally had a front-row seat to this explosion and I'm sure many of us have noticed how crowded it's become
