Option GT Max 3.6 Data Card

I have an Option GT Max 3.6 Data Card and have GlobeTrotter Connect (Version 2.0.0.388) installed.

I can connect to the MTN network via Edge, but not 3G. I have a 3g SIM card and reside in a 3G area. When I try and connect via 3G, GlobeTrotter Connect displays the message "Searching For Network...."

Any ideas on how to connect to the 3G network?
