I enjoyed his posts initially - refreshing to hear a different viewpoint. But Angelo does not engage debate, and he thows tantrums and badmouths the mods when he does not get his way. Not to be taken too seriously, and not worth your long replies - they will bear no fruit I fear.

Funny how you've just hurled an insult at me saying I was "talking K@K" but now you climb your high horse and accuse me of "badmouthing" people. Look at your own behaviour before judging others. This "refreshing viewpoint" that you talk of just got me many adversaries in this forum and therefore I get
targetted with insults and taunts regardless of what I'm saying just because my political views are not of the majority in the forum, just look at the one line insult replies people who dare post comments that are not anti-GVT or anti-ANC get.

I would enjoy watching most of you hold political debates in environments where all races are well represented, away from this patronising that you afford each other.

Besides it being impossible for me to respond to each and every post because of the numbers YES I do ignore some posts because they are inherently personal and aimed at incitement and I either ignore or reply in kind for I'm capable fo insults as well. But I'd rather igonore such posts than reply with expletives which will harm the forum's image, indeed there are forumites that I deliberately ignore because of the motives of their posts and you are not the first person to complain about that and you certainly won't be the last.


Having said that there are mature members that have never complained about me and I continue engage with them about current affairs. But lastly there are many forumites here who daily utter deragotory terms hurl insults at people and generally fit the "tantrums and badmouth" profile you talk of. Actually when baby (the swazi/durban lady) joined the forum and craigsa did still post on the forum we also had a political debate and I remember rwenzori did defend most of ur posts if I remember correctly

Interesting point, where's Baby and others like her now? Gone because of the intolerance. People claim that they want to hear from the "other side" but it's not true as is evident in this forum and regrettably out there as well.

No point but if you're a bit paranoid like some of us then you could set it to invisible If your name appears on the "users currently online" list, then anyone can see what you're currently viewing/doing.

I changed mine to invisible for a silly reason - "who goes to bed the latest competition" so that nobody would know whether I'm logged in or not Forgot to change it back but then again it doesn't really make that much of a difference so I just left it.

Uum where do these debates take place angelo - in parliament the opposition is told to STFU and any criticism is immediately labeled an offshoot of apartheid... this besides the government constantly trotting it out to make up for their failures and non-delivery (add corruption in there) - the gravy train has no stops - while it speeds into the dead-end future.

Debate is not about giving ultimatum-like questions and demanding an answer, first of all if anything you should be asking what's wrong with JIA because the airport is not being changed from Jan Smuts at the moment. And concerning that I think the Minister's response on the Sunday Times was thorough, would like to see you debate with him.
