And A quote from the MYBB Article itself
However, the company intends branching out in 2016 as an internet service provider (ISP), a move that will further include the launch of its own streaming service.

“Orange Horizons plans to launch an ISP. Usually, when we are an ISP, we offer a complete range of services: Internet access, Voice over IP services, distributing, free TV channels, and a VoD offer,” chief executive officer of Orange Horizons, Sebastien Crozier, told Fin24.

So here we have an ISP who services the corporate market with quality highly available WAN links, who has a deep history in its home market of providing mature first world retail internet access, branching out with a FULL SERVICE offering here in Sunny SA.

Whoa, this is going to be interesting

Mybb won't you please do a follow up article with current ISPs how they feel the landscape will have to change when Orange steps in and if they think Orange will take over the SA market too.
