Order purchase before PTY registration has gone through?

Need some assistance in how to go about an order from the US of around $15 000 that will incur roughly $7500 taxes (clothing).

I have started the process of registering a PTY company but I have heard that will take at least 30 days if not longer. How can I place an order in my own name and then later transfer this order to the PTY books?

From what I understand it can be placed in the name of the yet to be incorporated company and then ratified by the company once it is registered.

If the issue is that the billed addressee is you and not the company, then just sell it to the company at cost price when you receive the goods and when you have an incorporated company. So there is no tax consequence.

This is assuming you buying the goods for business use/resale.

If the company isnt incorporated yet, how would you know the name and company details? Buy it on your personal name, less headache when you clearing at customs.
