I'm becoming a bit of a star gazer I think. I'm very interested in learning the different star constellations. This so far is the only one I can pick out and I'm using Orion's Belt as my point of reference. I'm looking to expand on this image, an image that I can zoom out from the Orion's Belt/Nebula if that makes sense?

If you are in Joburg for any reason, see if you can plan a trip to the Planetarium. It is in the Wits Campus. It is worth the visit. Make sure you check their schedule as they do not show every day.

Don't bother with a silly cellphone app. Try out Stellarium
