Which ones are great for helping with "stiff neck" in the morning ?

Thanks.

A stiff pillow.

No, seriously.

I use one with a type of latex foam of some sorts inside. It's firm but very comfortable.

i got a simmons innersprung pillow (i took the firm one) they actually have a spring system built in and support your head instead of just sinking in like other pillows, latex etc

go try one out at a bed store, they are fairly pricy at about R500 but last way longer than a standard pillow

Will check this one out too, however, decent latex pillows don't let your head sink in. I'm just glad I forgot mine in Europe after my last trip ;(

Tempur pillow, very expensive (+/- R1300) but works a charm

My girlfriend has had neck problems for years after a horseriding accident and always woke up with a stiff neck. She bought a Tempur pillow in December last year and hasn't had neck problems since.

You can only get them at the Tempur stores, check out www.tempur.co.za

Down pillow helped me because I can beat and mould it into exactly the shape I need.

Bought one of the sponge-type curved pillow. It has flattened out. What a waste.

Stiff latex or tempur then. It's just another day of waking up with total migraine due to fubar neck muscles really is starting to annoy me. I'll look into those, thanks.

I bought a memory foam pillow recently from Continental Linen at the Woodmead Value Mart for just over R300.

Its the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on and I can highly recommend it. Might be worth trying before
spending a lot more money.
