OT: Vodacom Call Centre

2 weeks ago my CLIP service vanished hence all my received calls being displayed as "unknown". I have called 111 six times now and each time I am assured that the service has been reinstated but it never is. This morning I flattened my iMate battery holding on 111 for 2.5 hours. Anybody have some advice ...please....sigh...sob.... I cant avoid the boss now!!!

Keep on trying u know most of the guys that work at call centres are clueless when it comes to customer service. Good luck

Activate it yourself on vodacom4me or are you not a VSP customer? If that is the case you cannot activate it via 111 either.

Visit your nearest VODASHOP if you are having problems activating CLIP
