Sure it will be legal for VANS but will it be legal for private citizens? If so ... give us a link please.

Oh and seeing as you are in the industry ... any rumblings regarding IVY's october announcements and SAT3?

If we dont get SAT3 freed from Telkomn's clutches this is all for naught.

Wireless will still be "illegal" VANS will be able to sell services, and there will probably be more licenses granted but 802.11 will not be legal for WAN use. the old "roads and property boundaries" rules.

Looking at your signature I remember back at tech and I was making my way from my room to the PC lab. Internet was still new @ compass ('97-'98).
My roomy gave me a siffy disk and said "could u please download the internet for me?".

It was hillarous.

I remember another guy, he got this CD from one of the international PC magz @ CNA. He said he installed Netscape on his pc yet he is not able to do anything.

He did not have a modem let alone a telephone line.
