A crop of leadership has emerged from among our ranks, whose allegiance is not to democracy or the rule of law, but to a culture of entitlement to leadership roles and positions. Because they believe they are entitled to lead and to occupy leadership positions, they are not prepared to accept outcomes of democratic processes that do not favour them. the ANCYL have obviously employed a speech writer who has passed matric unlike most of them. i doubt the person writing for them is even one if their members.

He can only be talking about the ANC. Specifically zuma and himself.
