I don't really give a flying fook if we (OUTA) win or not - legally we might lose, but I'm hoping the people stand up and say 'this is not what we want or will adhere to, irrespective of complicated legal governance' - I will do NOTHING, except that I will still use my roads

Heard that judgement out on 13th. In time for Mangaung. So it either going to be in our favour or Zumatello is going to get claps on the back for delivering more food into the trough.

So today is judgement day.

Maybe we should start a poll on our predictions of the outcome?

I believe the Judge will rule in favor of SANRAL.

Also think SANRAL will win this battle, but they will lose the war.

Meaning ? Has the judgment been delivered ?

No, he is predicting that the Judge has already made his mind up. (Which, he has, obviously, hence the ruling. )
That and he believes SANRAL have won the battle.

And it's over.

E-Tolls going ahead. The Judge dismisses OUTA's application.

Bugger.

But the argument should have been about efficiency, not whether it was publicized.

Oh well, I guess my post box will get full of invoices.

Now to see if they slap OUTA with a R30 million charge for legal costs?

Fortunate enough I won't be using them to and from work.
