Outlook 2010 problem

Hello All

We use outlook at work for mails and very recently we have a new issue

When we we receive and email from XXX@xxx.com and it has several CC's in it (say 5) when we hit reply it does not include the original sender XXX@xxx.com but our email address.

To include XXX@xxx.com in the email, they have to be manually inserted

This is across 5 users and our IT manager shruggs his shoulders

Any idea?

Outlook 2013 and earlier should be killed with fire especially 2007 and 2010

I've had this at a user... on Outlook 2013 you dumb 2010/2007 naysayers... just trying to think what I did to fix it, was a few months ago.

Try deleting the XXX@xxx.com from your Autocomplete by clicking on the X next to it when you reply and type it, then discard the mail where you deleted XXX@xxx.com. Then try the reply to all again and see if it includes.

No, I haven't remembered what I did, still trying to remember.
