Can some1 give me the proper settings to use pls.

when I am away from office I only want to download headers first, the only download the attachments that I need.

Sometimes I am on GPRS and then some idiot send me a 5 mb powerpoint presentation joke of the day, and yes then it takes forever, and cost me R10.
:(
we using exchange server.
I tried a number of different settings already, none seem to work properly.
ps: I think it is something to do with online/offline that I cannot get it to work.

If you are using exchange you should have a owa://XXXX address (outlook web access) for the exchange server. If i understand it correctly outlook will automatically switch to "Headers Only" if in offline mode or if the connection to the exchange server if very slow (read GPRS).

In my setup with exchange: go to Tools --> Send & Receive --> Send & Receive Settings. You will see a list of folders bottom left...click on Inbox and the options on the right should become editable. Select there to download a) headers only or b) headers only if there are attachments larger than xKB (x = user definable).
