Outlook POP3 and SMTP

When and i try and load an email address on outlook it gives me the following two errors

Log onto incoming mail service (pop3) and Outlook cannot connect to your logon.

The host for emails is Internet Solutions.

I have checked that the passwords are correct and email addresses.

Pop3 is 110
SMTP 587

I have tried everything and failing. I have also removed my anti virus program.

On the same Neotel line my gmail accounts in outlook works perfectly.

What could I be doing wrong?

Had the same thing happen to me, log in with browser and re-enable pop3 access in settings, microsoft got a bee in their bonnet and changed settings.

Try port 995 for POP3 once with SSL selected and once without SSL.
