Outlook profile created when user logs onto machine

How does one do this and can it only work with roaming profiles.

I assume you have a Windows Domain and Exchange server.

If you have those, go to the Microsoft Downloads site and download the Office Group Policy Templates.

Thereafter install the templates on the domain controller and create a new Group Policy with default settings to the Exchange server for Outlook.

Can you set that for only the Cape Town branch or when installing will it be for all branches.

In Active Directory you should have Organisational Units for each branch. You can set the Group Policy to only apply to that Organisational Unit.

I used the MST configuration file when installing office. Comes with the Office Admin Kit.
Profile is created with the account of who ever is loggin in.
