There are and big companies and rich people are making use of it. That being said, this is not so outrageous. These are things the US and other socialist countries promised to do. Much of it, if not all may well be on the cards this year

These are - and never were - genuine tax-havens.

They are merely the global ruling class's whipping boy... to peddle the illusion that public-private partnerships don't come at the expense of the middle-class and the poor.

The 'greed' narrative targets the middle-class.
