I've just been overcharged on my cell c contract. I tried calling the "not so helpful" desk, spoke to a gentlemen that couldnt pick up my details, I asked to speak to his manager, teamleader, supervisor, and then the phone goes down in my ear. One cannot call and speak to a PERSON!! All I want is to settle the overcharge...simple as that, I dont even use my cell c contract, TG it comes to an end this month!!
