p2p and torrents still sucking

Yesterday p2p was beautiful (I'm talking local, international I'm not even bothering with atm.. hopefully that'll be useable soon) but as of today p2p has started sucking a bit in the same way as it always in that it spikes so much, and then it always drops down to 0kb/ and hangs there for a few seconds .. which is most lame. Bittorent (international.. those bastards on the local bittorrent site won't lemme sign up) never takes off much further beyond 0kbs,, it's completely unusable..

Anyways browsing(local) is rocking , and international is not too bad either, almost as fast as dial-up in fact.

Having the same problem here.I just hope the service improves by the end of the month. Pointless having a permanent connection if you can't download anything. 0kb is unacceptable, been trying to download a file use bittorrent for the past 3 weeks now.

I have 2 torrents running this weekend - getting a constant 25MB an hour which = about 7.1 KB/s on my 256k package. Previously it was 22KB/s at an average of 80MB an hour. I am understandably distraught. [xx(]

try local downloads. it seems local is capped less tightly. probably about 12KBps unlike international at a steady 8KBps. I know that helps jack scheet but theres always the capped ADSL stuff like torrents.x86.co.za

Yesterday I started feeling like a bit of an ADSL user myself, trying to get access to some local proxies!!!!
WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS
but, dean, now your proxy might become advantageous to some.

Has anyone noticed local speeds sucking again today??? or is it only on my side?

I went to shower because myadsl was taking so long to load.

Oh I remember the glory days not even a month ago when I could actually use bit torrent. Seems I have been rotated into the crap bandwidth pool.

WAHAHAHHAAHAH aborg , that's classic! Yeah, you know trying to get an e-mail with a 14K attachment, I don't think it's happenign though. Maybe I'm a spoilt brat in thinking that if I want to retrieve an e-mail today I should be able to, I mean what's an extra 7/8 hours wait you know?

Anyways, there is a chance that things will revert to how they have been for the past 2/3 days... I mean we can only pray or sacrifice goats or whatever it is you mad mother ****ers do
