Telkom what isp should i use?

2 options

1) Any IS which in theory is unshaped
2) An unshaped SAIX account through someone like WebAfrica.

TelkomISP allows P2p, it should be working. (telkom does shape p2p but doesn't block it), Your router/modem could be blocking ports for Firewall / Security reasons.

If you can login onto the router, try opening up a specific port. (just for limewire or bitcomet etc). (look for NAT some routers call it Filters too)
