Packet loss in Internet solutions DSL network

I am seeing between 5 and 12% packet loss to any IP in the Internet Solutions DSL network from the Mweb or SAIX networks. But I see no packet loss to SAIX IP's e.g 196.25.1.1

See results of ICMP testing below.
Is any one else seeing packet loss to the I.S DSL network?

No packet loss from IS to IS but there is some packet loss from IS to SAIX. Very little loss though, every now and then. So I wonder what the problem is now :/

Quite simple, IS is having problem due to the SAIX / Telcom 4mb upgrades.

However I have not noticed much on our system.

Having a hard time connecting to the MyADSL site atm. I'm on SAIX, so not sure if this is isolated to IS only. Where is the MyADSL site hosted?

I cannot connect to my mail server at Hetzner and when it eventually works, there is big packet loss. There's a peering link problem between SAIX and the Verizon/UUNET backbone.
