After 3 days of 0%, I got disconnected at 10h28; on reconnection:

Resolving host '66.18.65.124'
Pinging [66.18.65.124] x 20 with 32 bytes of data

*snip*
Min=114 : Max=429 : Ave=227 ms : Packetloss = 35%

Resolving host 'www.google.com'
Pinging [216.239.41.104] x 20 with 32 bytes of data
*snip*
Aborted - Too many timeouts

For F8cks sake! now I have **** international bw (hardcapped at 6KB/s, as long as I don't use P2P...then my cap is 2KB/s), slower local bw by the day, and now sh!tty packet loss again.

Ping statistics for 66.18.65.124: (www.sentech.co.za)
Packets: Sent = 50, Received = 33, Lost = 17 (34% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 86ms, Maximum = 2566ms, Average = 377ms

Has anyone even tried to phone them to ask wtf is happening, or is this a pointless attempt of getting a message through to the orcs? Maybe all we will be hearing is 'urg, grunt grunt'
Just Fix It!!!

I sent them a mail with instructions to add it to my ticket. There is no point in calling the orcs...there is no second level support on weekends. [:(!]

Ps: The only way I can use the forum is to use dial up.

Ping times are back to 'normal' they must have been testing something today or a huge bird flew into one of the microwave links causeing a catastrophic loss of ping times.

Off topic: Is there a lot of people from CT posting here? I'd love to know how things are going in the other two towns with all these 'upgrades' going on. Is it just as bad as JHB?
