Page Refresh

Is there a way to set a refresh on a page in any browser. Say leave a page on news24.com and let the page reload every 5 minutes. This wont make much sense since News24 isnt updates that often, but it would work on a page that does have content updates often.

While I'm an avowed Ff fan(boi ), Opera has this feature built in ..IIRC, it's always been able to do that.
