I was referring to actual proof, as in a media article. Not just thumb sucking. Not sure I believe in the only those 4 were late thing. Kids first day at school is a big thing and those don't just go straight to class. It's the first day, there should be assemble where the parents are with after which the teachers takes the kids to their classes.
Each school does things differently.

Your experiences in this regard in not necessarily the norm.

They had the chair of the SGB on TV news last night.

It is quite evident to me that there was nothing racist about the seating arrangement.

What happened afterwards though is what is despicable. People jumping to conclusions from one picture and labelling a whole community and school racist. Politicians high jacking it for their own gain.

Many people in SA are scum and they disgust me. No wonder this country is in such a mess.

Do tell, when a news story resonates with you ... do you also go on the same scum tirade ? Or is it just when it does not?
It hardly ever resonates with me when it comes to political things, especially when there's clearly more to it but they choose to ignore it and mask it behind a vague headline.

EDIT: I'll add car salesmen and estate agents to the list as well, just to be clear.

Oh for crying out loud. You'd think this was the biggest injustice to ever occur on the planet.

Did you see the metadata post? Do you think that maybe...just maybe...you're making something out of nothing?

If it's found that the teacher had some sinister motive for doing what she did, then fine. Otherwise, long walk, short pier.

How's this for a recent example of actual unquestionable racism going on at a school? - not to mention indoctrination and radicalisation.

Not a peep from MSM or the social media justice brigade about this of course. But let me guess...we'll get the standard current favourite "progressive" comeback right here - whataboutism!!!

When in doubt, whatabout!
Do you see me supporting that lunatic because of skin color ? For god sake even the ANC didn’t support such nonsense. Now can we get back to a teacher who see it fit to have kids seated like this? Do you find this okay?

So basically, the old, if I do not agree with the reporting...it is fake news...because, it could never happen , according to your world view?

It's not fake news, it happened, but again, as usual, if you zoom out, there's more to it, and this is just sensationalism, and nothing newsworthy.

Listen let's be honest and call it like it is...............if you stick your kids who cant speak English or Afrikaans, and only speak their own indigenous language, then the teacher decides lets put these kids who all speak the same language at the same table it's common sense.

The government has failed to adequately provide schools for pupils who require education in their mother tongue, now this happens and it's racist.................complete joke this country and everyone on this forum jumping on the bandwagon, do yourselves a big favour and jump off the 5th floor so you can remove yourself off the gene pool.

So as it turns out the teacher is dumb, they were seperated because the kids were not fluent in English or Afrikaans which means those 4 kids probably had their own teacher.

Multiple tables would have done the job but did this really need to break down into black parents trying to break down the school gate while armed white parents evacuees kids out the back?

Pretty sure a private message to the teacher would have been a better option. Just shows the state of the country.

You assume people support her because she is white. If the colour roles were reversed here, I, for one, would be viewing this situation in the same way. I don't think this teacher separated the kids for reasons of racism or malice. She would need to be out of her gourd to do so in SA and then post pictures to the parents.

If it turns out I am wrong, then I concede.

You guys will defend anything and everything done by anyone white.
By the same token I could say that the torch and pitchforks crowd only ever appears when a white person is under fire for something. For the rest of the mess, they're never anywhere to be found - like clockwork.

You are the one ignoring things like the metadata and focusing exclusively on race. Catch you on the next white witch hunt!

The teacher was definitely dumb, she obviously has no idea whats going on in the country and should have been more sensitive to the social media racists out there, you know, instead of just doing her job.....

That's nonsense. People shouldn't pander to the idiots on twitter. She send out 3 photos of all the kids mixing together. The people overly sensitive about the one photo are the people with a problem.

Do you ask a journalist / sensationalist writer to email you their sources after you read something in the paper? Or do you just accept it?
If I'm in a chat with said journalist, and he/she/it makes a claim, I will definitely ask for proof. But being a newspaper, with the possibility of being sued, you have no choice but to assume their statements are true. If not, a person against who something is said/done has recourse in law.

A random anonymous guy on the internet making claims on the other hand, nobody has recourse against him/her/it. So yes, you will be asked to verify your claims, as it has always been done around here. It's only now that some slimey person (probably an estate agent or car salesman) is trying to get around proving his crap because he knows it's HS.

If she is so oblivious to her surroundings I really doubt she is a good teacher anyway. So good riddance to bad rubbish.

So, colour aside, did the teacher/school have all the parent's permission to share photos of the children? My son's school has separate and clearly worded consent form that I have to sign before they can use my child's image in any way.

That's another question yes, you can't just take pics and distribute as you feel fit.

They don't need that. And the photos shared with the public are all blurred.

Margret aside, I was asking in the context of the child pornography issue raised in that Bing thread.
yeah i figured that. is just looking at a child considered child porn now or what.

a parent shared the pic of all the kids first though, should the other parents be upset with her?
