No Pinocchio, they really really didn't.,

Cool insult bro

I guess the first 10 results on google were fake news. They at the very least acknowledged it. At best apologized for it.

They apologized but explained it was not based on the Last Supper at all. The theme was Greek gods/mythology.

Maybe, but the deleted instagram posts of people who did the presentation proves otherwise.

The deleted post which you cannot verify actually existed and was posted by the person who actually planned the ceremony?

Rightist logic:
Let's make this about an attack on Christianity even though it has nothing to do with Christianity but because it does "evoke" a painting, which is not actually a selfie taken at the last supper, but a painting, we must jump up and down because no matter if it is about us or not, we will damn sure make sure it is.
Rightest logic.

Leftists are snowflakes who propagate cancel culture.

And now I'm not watching Ping Pong matches because I feel the opening ceremony had an image that mocks an old drawing of my make believe invisible friend.

Are mods now allowing insults like these? People were banned and posts were removed for lesser

Not to mention the "offence is taken, not given" line they love to copy/paste everywhere.

Did Piers Morgan also see this account with only 16 followers, or did he have an alternative source?

Your reason for casting doubt on the authenticity of the report has been completely obliterated.

Please Post the actual quote of them admitting it was based on "the Last Supper" .

Am sure one of those Google results must have it right?
No, because Google is now known to be censoring politically inconvenient information. Pretending that Google is not partisan on issues like these would be bad faith behaviour on your part.

Who asked you?

But Please, advise how Google is supposedly providing results that prove his point but is censoring them at the same time?

Google bro.

So the Olympic spokesperson said one thing, they then got clarity from the actual creator who made no mention of the Last Supper, strong argument that. :X3:

We were talking about your confidence that Google must have it, as if they aren't memory holing things left right and centre. You're "sure" they have it, but this certainty can only be based upon ignorance or duplicity.

Searching for the information should have taken 20 seconds, instead I had to screw around for 20 minutes to find something that actually reported the info I wanted. Which is par for the course these days. Thank goodness Piers saw the image I posted and happened to remark upon it, and fwiw one I posted was not the first place I saw it, but google image search magically managed to find absolutely nothing despite being able to match up pieces of the photograph if you chose bits that didn't include the controversial info even though the image is doing the rounds and other images from the same time period pop up just fine.

There's only so many times you can run into this memory holing before it becomes blatant how Google is editorialising what they show you.

So one really wonders where your confidence comes from.
