Mainly USD strength. But the Eurozone does have big problems - it was clear from the beginning that monetary union without fiscal union would create issues. Not really sure how they fix this as different countries need different interest rates. Relying on workforce mobility and internal devaluations alone to balance things does not work fast enough.
