Pastel Xpress VS Windows10 Vs Pervasive. Pulling my hair out. Not much to begin with

I'm thinking I HAVE to try and get the old windows 7 disk running, on this PC(after hours), to see what the original installation license info was.
There is no getting round this without disturbing all the other important pgms installed currently on windows 10.

So to confirm you uninstalled Pervasive and reinstalled Pervasive 10 for workgroups as a service and then re-registered Pastel and it failed registration?

Have you tried a program from revo uninstaller to uninstaller pervasive and pastel to start again?

Hi everyone.
I have been lurking long enough. Time to speak up.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem?
I am using Pastel Xpress version 11 and had my laptop bomb out. Re-installing gives me the same problem, and Sage want R1600 to greet me at their service department, or R2600 to greet me at their sales department.
