Patch 1.4

Hi ppl. I tried looking on BF2S to see if they have finished the testing of BF2 Patch 1.4. Beta..... Does any1 know when we, the players, wil be able to play with the new patch on the SGS servers.

It seems that all (or most) of the problems will then be over. I have a huge problem with the "crash to desktop" issue.

If you're having CTD issues, reload the game from scratch and apply the FULL patch, not incrementals.

Sheesh I would wait a little while till they are finished testing completely. Checkout totalBF2 forums for an update. THey have it stickied

Funny how someone mentioned that the combined patch is almost bigger than game itself

My crashing problems were because of my dual core cpu. But I managed to sort that out.

Try doing what thisgeek said. That should solve your problem.
