Joh...that reminds me of a tortoise I found near Salem one day a few months back. He was heading up the road so I stopped to move him to the bushes near the roadside, but man, this guy wasn't very happy and proceeded to excrete something which I can only describe as a mixture of rotten fish, sulphur and a latrine.

I've learnt to shoo them rather and not dare pick them up under any circumstances

We were out walking on the farm and he spotted a boar from the neighbours' on the other side of a bunch of trees. Their pigs regularly break through the fences and rummage on our land. He gave chase and started barking and going mad and cornered the pig. This went on for about 5 or so minutes, after which Suey saw a gap and bolted towards his home.

The dog gave chase and we saw him come back like this about 10 minutes later. I don't think that pig will be back any time soon

These little tikes are fast, I can never get the phone out quick enough. Today I met one that posed for a few shots. Him and his lady friend were out and about but she got shy when I came closer.
